THE MAKING OF SILVER DREAM RACER • Silver Dream Racer remains the biggest movie ever filmed about bike racing.

DEVIL IN DISGUISE DR JOE’S 350 EMC • In 1948 the Grand Prix world was changed by a small bike that showed everyone the way to go – even if it never made it to the grid, proper.

Go see Sammy’s stuff

Gianni Rolando The Hunter • When Gianni Rolando stepped into motorcycle racing, he knew nothing about it.

REGARD THE ELF5 • In 1988 the NSR V4 500cc-powered machine took to the Grand Prix grid. It was the final design in an intriguing series of bikes begun by Andre de Cortanze – one of the unique engineering brains from Renault’s race department in the mid-1970s. Talk about left-field Grand Prix thinking!

Hangin’ with the Trailblazers • Every April, the gathering of the extended motorcycle family that is the Trailblazers happens in Carson, California. Last year saw the 75th banquet held to celebrate the most influential characters from motorcycle racing’s past. To exhibit the demand for tickets, all 800 were sold within one hour.

HOW TO BUILD A CLASSIC TT RACE BIKE MOLNAR MANX NORTON • SeniorTT race winner Dean Harrison will be racing a Molnar Manx Norton at the 2020 Classic TT. To find out what it takes to build the thoroughbred race machine, we sat down with the brains behind the bike, Andy Molnar of Molnar Precision Limited.

Let’s go racing! • So, what do you do when you’ve lined up a new racing championship? What else but sort the calendar and get going with the on-track action.

THE NORTH WEST A History • 2019 saw the International North West 200 road races celebrate their 90th anniversary. Whilst it had humble beginnings, that certainly isn’t the case now as the event has grown into Northern Ireland’s biggest outdoor sporting event and one of the most important road races on the calendar.
