Chevy country Corvette in Australia • It’s a good time for Chev Corvette aficionados in this country: the Corvette nameplate is celebrating its 70th anniversary, and for the first time the current Corvette model is available in Australia in factory-built right-hand drive form. AMC joined in the celebrations at the recent Corvette Nationals at Ballarat.

Ground zero • With the introduction of Group C rules half a century ago the template was laid down for the future of Australian touring car racing. The '73 ATCC then was 'ground zero' for today's Gen3 Mustang-vs-Camaro Supercars travelling circus.
